What are your hours?
Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday - 8 am to 2 pm, Sunday - Closed
What is your service area?
We currently service Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde, Village of Oak Creek, Rimrock, and Cornville in the Verde Valley area.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions typically last 20-30 minutes, which is the ideal duration for maintaining cardiovascular activity and muscle growth without overexertion. Session length may be adjusted based on your dog's fitness level and medical needs.
How often should my dog exercise?
Most dogs benefit from weekly sessions, though some owners prefer twice weekly during hot summer months when outdoor exercise is limited. Our monthly memberships offer the best value for regular exercise schedules.
What can I expect during a session?
We arrive at your home in our climate-controlled mobile gym. Your dog is safely harnessed to our non-motorized, dog-specific treadmill and encouraged with positive reinforcement. We supervise closely, provide regular water breaks, and ensure your dog has a safe, enjoyable workout.
How long does it take dogs to learn the treadmill?
Most dogs learn within the first session! Some take a few sessions to build confidence. Every dog is unique, but nearly all dogs eventually become comfortable and enjoy the routine.
Do I need to be home?
We encourage being present for the first session so you can meet our team and see the process. After that, you're welcome to leave your dog with us or stay and watch!
What are the requirements for my dog?
Dogs must be at least 4 months old and up to date on vaccinations. We recommend clearing any new exercise program with your veterinarian first. We can accommodate dogs from 5 lbs to 200+ lbs and have experience with various behavioral and physical needs.
How are payments handled?
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at time of booking for individual sessions. Monthly memberships are billed automatically.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
